About

Hi, I'm Victoria

founder of Imperium Strength & Longevity.

My fitness journey didn’t start from passion. It started from pain.
I’ve had scoliosis since I was eight years old, which caused ongoing nerve pain. Movement was the only thing that helped.

In my early twenties, I discovered Classical Pilates and fell in love with its intentional, therapeutic approach. I trained with some of the best Pilates teachers in the world and spent more than a decade refining my practice.
But my body didn’t change. No real muscle. No real strength.

I avoided weights for years because I was told it would make me bulky, but a DEXA scan at 40 revealed low muscle mass and fragile bones, nearly osteoporotic. When traditional strength training left me injured or without results, I took matters into my own hands, studying anatomy, biomechanics, and strength training with world-class coaches who train elite athletes and Olympic champions.

Imperium is the result of everything I’ve learned over the years, combining my experience and education, with the most advanced strength-training technology available today.

It’s the system I wish I had all those years ago — intelligent, efficient, and sustainable.

About the Studio

From the moment you walk in, Imperium feels different.

Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, the studio is set inside a beautifully renovated, historical building with designated parking for our clients.

The space is quiet, elegant, and intentional. Every detail is considered — from filtered air and ambient lighting, to reverse-osmosis water and non-toxic cleaning products.

It’s a calm, private environment designed to help you focus on just one thing: taking care of your body.

About The Method

The Imperium Method is built around how the human body evolved to move. Your body is still, in many ways, the body of a hunter-gatherer. It was designed to walk, carry things, lift and lower heavy objects, sprint when necessary — and rest and recover in between.

It wasn’t built around hour-long workouts, endless repetitions, or exercising seven days a week.

More isn’t always better. We believe in giving the body the right stimulus, then allowing it to recover and adapt.

Our philosophy is simple: the right amount of training, at the right intensity, for the greatest possible result.
