From the moment you walk through the door, you're not just another gym member.
You're someone whose progress
I take personally.
From the moment you walk through the door, you're not just another gym member.
You're someone whose progress I take personally.
Unlike large gyms, where the people running the place may barely know your name (let alone anything about your body), every person who becomes a member of Imperium becomes my personal project.
It starts with our Initial Consultation. I take the time to understand your health and training history, your goals, your concerns, and your physical limitations. This helps me design a training program specifically for you — one that respects where you are today while moving to where you want to be.
During your New Client Program, we work together one-on-one. This is where I get to know your body in motion, not just on paper. I observe how you move, how you respond to different exercises, and how your body adapts to training. I use those observations to refine your program as we go.
Some people need a more rehabilitative approach to start. Others are ready to lift some serious weight. Whatever your starting point, I'll meet you where you are, and we'll build from there.
Once you transition into Membership, you'll begin training independently, following the program I've designed for you. But independent doesn't mean you're on your own.
I'll continue keeping an eye on your attendance, your technique, and your individual strength data, making sure your program is working and you're progressing toward your goals. We'll also meet regularly to review your progress, make adjustments, and ensure your training continues to serve you as your needs evolve.
